We operate as a results only consultancy – no placement, no fee unless working on a retained or bespoke basis. Senior vacancies may be suitable for a retained recruitment project.
Recruitment Cumbria will use its influence to obtain preferential advertising and internet marketing rates.
All appointments we undertake are for permanent or contract staff only we do not offer temporary jobs of any sort and the minimum contract period is 3 months.
When CV’s are submitted to clients, receipt must be confirmed. By accepting the CV the client agrees to our terms of business.
Fees are charged once the candidate has started in employment with you and each appointment carries with it a guarantee period. Refer to terms of business.
Vacancies are advertised on our own website and also on other relevant websites to maximise exposure for our clients.
All CVs are issued on a standardised format to enable you to quickly and easily identify the key areas of interest.
All candidates are properly evaluated prior to their details being forwarded to vacancies. We do not believe in high volume of applications but in the quality and accuracy of the need matching process.
We will make all interview arrangements on your behalf and confirm with both parties both verbally and in writing
All candidates are thoroughly prepared for interviews and will receive a copy of their CV, profile on your company and where appropriate, a formal job description for the vacancy.
We will benchmark salary levels to ensure that offers of employment are both realistic and acceptable.
We will make offers to candidates on your behalf; under no circumstances is an offer to be made directly to any candidate.
We only give preferential rates to clients to whom we are preferred suppliers.
