Active: candidates who are actively seeking jobs that are either permanent / contract / temporary and therefore want to be proactively represented in the recruitment market.

Reactive: Candidates that are not actively seeking a new role but would like to be made aware if a specific job became available or if a client would like to have an informal discussion with them in confidence.

Specialist Contractors: Candidates that are Limited Companies in the own right and are thus inevitably (to one degree or another) always engaged in the employment markets.
